About Ayanna

I am a dedicated nanny with 5 years of experience caring for children from infancy to 13 years old. I've worked with four long-term families and several short-term ones, and I am comfortable caring for up to four children at a time. Most of my experience is with babies and toddlers from 7 months to 5 years old, a stage I am especially confident in, but I am comfortable with all ages and adapting to each child's needs. I am CPR and First Aid certified and currently studying online for a social work degree, which strengthens my understanding of child development. I also have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, and ADD. I enjoy helping with homework and schoolwork, and I love cooking and baking. I value long-term relationships and am still in contact with past families. I am reliable, communicative, and focused on safe, structured care.
