About Karmyn

Hi! My name is Karmyn, and I'm a patient and supportive tutor with experience helping students build confidence, organization, and strong study habits. I work with children and school-age students to provide homework help, academic support, and tutoring tailored to each child's learning style. I have experience assisting with elementary and middle-school subjects, including reading, writing, math, and general homework support. I focus on breaking concepts down in a way that feels manageable and encouraging, helping students understand the why behind what they're learning instead of just memorizing answers. Many of my tutoring responsibilities have been part of my work as a nanny, where I supported daily homework routines, test preparation, and time management.
