Karli took excellent care of my two young boys, ages 2.5y and 15mo. On her first day caring for them she was able to maintain her independence and demonstrate her expertise, while also feeling comfortable asking us questions since she was able to recognize that she still needed some time to learn about them. By the 2nd time she watched them, she was in a groove and they loved their time with her. She is a pleasure to work with!
