About Karlee

Hi! My name is Karlee, and I've been working with kids of all ages since I was 15. I started out as a lifeguard and have continued working with youth ever since, both personally and professionally. Growing up with 5 siblings helped me become patient, responsible, and comfortable around children of all personalities and ages. I graduated last year with my bachelor's degree in Social Justice and currently work as a case worker in behavioral health services, where I support youth and families. I genuinely love building connections with kids, creating a safe and positive environment, and helping children feel supported, understood, and encouraged. I'm dependable, easygoing, and happy to help with routines, activities, homework, meals, and keeping kids engaged and cared for while parents are away.
