Karla worked for our family for about 5 years, taking care of my great aunt several nights a week and occasionally days as needed. When my grandmother began to have health/mobility issues as well we moved her in with my great aunt so both could have 24/7 care in familiar surroundings. Karla had no issues taking on the additional work. She developed wonderful relationships with both of our "ladies", and we always felt safe leaving them in her care. She logged daily events/issues and communicated any concerns to both us and the other caregivers as needed. Karla even helped customize care needs when issues arose; she purchased foam and made a chair pad to help combat my aunts bed sores, and brought us a video monitor setup to use when grandma started getting out of bed and falling at night. Needless to say she was an amazing caregiver whom we highly recommend, and although both ladies passed away this past year I know they would have written her stellar reviews as well!
