About Karla

Hi! My name is Karla, I'm 22 years old and currently pursuing nursing school. I graduated from a Medical Assistant program in 2022 and have over 4 years of hospital experience, including the Burn ICU, Emergency Department, Pediatric ICU, and Labor & Delivery. I have experience caring for children from newborns to 12 years old and nanny on the side while pursuing my education. I'm compassionate, responsible, patient, and truly enjoy working with children. My healthcare background has taught me the importance of safety, communication, and attention to detail. I am also BLS certified and have completed coursework in child development and first aid. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment while respecting each family's routines and preferences. I value open communication with parents and will always care for your children with kindness and patience.
