About Amaya

Experienced Spanish ICU Nurse. Hello, my name is Amaya. I'm a 30-year-old Spanish nurse with 8 years of experience working in the ICU. I'm currently living in Manhattan and based in the Upper East Side due to my husband's job (he's a cardiologist). I have worked as ICU nurse and research nurse in two of the most important hospitals in Madrid, Spain, and my research focuses on regenerative cardiology. These experiences have provided me with strong skills in care, organization, and responsibility. My nanny work in Spain has always been with children older than 3 years. In these roles, I focused not only on the child's care and daily routines, but also on encouraging play and creativity through a variety of engaging activities.
