About Karla

I've worked as a babysitter for 12 years, caring for children from infancy through the early teenage years. During that time, I've handled just about every part of childcare - everything from bottle-feeding newborns and managing nap schedules to homework help, bedtime routines, and picking kids from school and activities. I've learned how to stay calm in stressful situations, create structure without being strict, and adapt to the personalities and needs of each child and each household. The long-term relationships I built with families taught me the value of trust, consistency, and flexibility - and those are the qualities I bring to every job.
