Karla is an amazing nanny. Returning to work when my baby was just 3 months old was really hard, but Karla made it easier. I knew my baby was in good hands with her as I knew she was not only safe, but cared for with affection and attention. It's obvious that she really likes babies and quickly built a connection with ours. She takes the time to play with her, exercise her to help meet milestones, talks to her, and holds her when she needs comforting. Karla is a caring person and that comes through to her work as a nanny. Karla is also professional in communication and punctuality. She was never late and never called out. She's respectful of our parenting wishes and follows through with them. We would love to have her as a nanny again.
