About Karla

Hi! My name is Karla, and I'm a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant student with hands-on pediatric clinical experience working with children of all ages and abilities, including children with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, sensory needs, and developmental delays. I enjoy creating a safe, fun, patient, and engaging environment while supporting each child's individual needs. My clinical experience has helped me build strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. I can assist with playtime, homework, meals, bedtime routines, and light housekeeping. I'm dependable, compassionate, and available on weekends. References are available upon request.
