I have worked with Karissa for a little over a year long. I am the 3-11/11-7 weekend charge nurse on the dementia floor. Karissa was a huge asset to our team. She excelled in this field balancing her time management and adapting to the various personalized needs required for our dementia patients. Karissa is well versed in the needs/requirements of her job. She is extremely caring to all the patients put in her care.
