About Karissa

Hi! I'm Karissa, a lifelong aerialist and circus arts instructor with over 20 years of experience in movement, performance, and coaching. I'm a graduate of the New England Center for Circus Arts Professional Track Program (Class of 2008), where I specialized in aerial fabric, along with training in static trapeze, contortion, and acrobatics. Over the years, I've performed professionally and taught a wide range of classes and camps for both children and adults. I love working with kids and helping them build strength, confidence, coordination, and creativity through movement. I offer support in circus arts, beginner aerial conditioning, flexibility, and general movement/fitness in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. My goal is always to meet each student where they're at and help them grow while genuinely enjoying the process.
