About Karinna

Karinna was a nanny for our nanny share of two infants for eight months duration (starting age 4.5 months to 1 year old). I cannot say enough good things about her. I found her to be knowledgeable, creative, kind, and highly flexible. She loved our kids like her own and was very interactive with them including on the floor and outside. She was skillful at managing the needs of two different families and infants, with the perfect balance of offering observations and advice when appropriate while also listening to parent's desires. She was excellent at coordinating feeding and napping schedules even when the kids were too young to feed themselves. She was an active participant in troubleshooting both children's unique sleep challenges. She felt confident in her infant CPR skills and with an epipen (reassuring to us as my child has an allergy). She was willing to go above and beyond with tasks such as nail trimming and always styled my daughter's hair to look fabulous. I completely trusted her with my child and highly recommend her without reservation.
