It gives me great pleasure to write a letter of reference for Karina. We had the pleasure of hiring her to watch our then 3 month old, 2 year old and our 5 year old. Our babies are now school aged. From our very first interview we knew she would be a great fit for what we were looking for. It is often difficult to find a babysitter who the kids love, but who is also trustworthy and responsible enough to take on the responsibility. My children are extremely fond of her to say the least. She devotes her full attention to each child and gives each what he or she individually needs. But don't mistake her careful attentiveness as an inability to juggle tasks; her ability to keeps the kids entertained, without electronics, and keep up with general housework shows how important her work is to her. Karina is intelligent, kind, and hard-working. She would be a great fit to any family.
