About Karina

Hi, I was born and raised in Germany, were I studied early childhood education and development. Due to a job offer for my husband we moved here mid last year as a family of 5 - my husband, our 2yr old son and our 2 Maine coon cats. My values and education are characterized by Montessori, Pickler, Froebel and nature child education. Trust is a nurturing ground for great development, therefore I meet the kids on eye level and support them needs-oriented. I'd describe my personality as fun-loving, authentic and open-hearted. I started working with kids when I turned 23 (about 10 years ago), when I worked with a family with kids with special needs. I like working with kids because they are full of energy, they explore the joys of life unbiased and they teach us new things about the world, themselves and ourselves everyday. I'm looking for a job that values respect and appreciation, open and honest communication with a fair compensation.
