I have been a full-time Professional Nanny for over 12 years, working with three wonderful families as a long-term nanny. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have received various other specialized trainings. Before becoming a nanny, I was a CNA, mainly working with Dementia and Alzheimer's patients. I've always had a passion for helping others, especially children. My goal as a nanny is to create a safe and nurturing environment for children's growth, encouraging them to be active and creative. Karina worked for our family, full time, for about four years. She cared for our three children from the ages of 8 months through middle elementary school. I truly cannot say enough good things about her personally and about her work ethic. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Our household, even now with all our kids in full time elementary school, just does not function as well without her. She’s is incredibly kind, trustworthy, and reliable. She always found activities for the kids, arranged play dates, established routines and reward based behavior charts/expectations. She potty trained our youngest and helped both kids with speech delays with their therapy.
