About Karina

I am in school at MGH Institute for Health Professions in the Occupational Therapy Doctorate program, with interest in pediatric healthcare! I love working with kids because I know how to communicate with children in a way that makes them feel understood while having a fun time together. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and understanding as I am a current student. I started working with kids when I was 15 years old. In my spare time, I like to talk my dog on long walks, color, play with my nephews and nieces, and hang out with family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I am very empathetic. I think it helps them to process how they are feeling and vocalize their thoughts. My skills include CPR/First Aid certification, cooking/cleaning skills, and organizational skills.
