About Caitlin

Since 12 years old, I have worked with children and teens in a multitude of capacities. My passion for fostering growth and development stems from a desire to positively impact children's lives and support families by offering reliable care. As a patient, creative, and friendly caregiver, I prioritize clear communication with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise, using their preferred method of contact. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. My approach to playtime includes a variety of outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I am also happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision if required. My education includes a college degree, with a BA in English and minors in Education and Creative Writing. I have completed coursework in early childhood and adolescent development.
