About Karen

Becoming a nanny/house manager is my encore career! I have raised three kids of my own and was a stay-at-home mom until they went to school full time. I then started and successfully ran a small business for over 15 years. I was a volunteer with Visiting Nurses Association for four years working with the elderly to help combat loneliness. I am AHA CPR and first aid certified as well as fully vaccinated. I feel that young children learn the most through play. I enjoy finding creative and fun ways to encourage learning and meeting age-appropriate milestones. I will uphold a loving, safe and fun environment for your children to thrive! My most recent experience is newborn through toddler stage. I will do all child related tasks and light housekeeping. I have experience managing households and am willing to do other tasks that are agreed upon.
