About Karen

I really enjoy caring for children and being part of their daily routines. I have about five years of experience caring for up to three children at a time, and I'm patient, responsible, and caring. I am originally from Colombia and have a university degree in Business. I speak both Spanish and English, so I can communicate with children in either language and help them practice Spanish if the family is interested. I enjoy playing, reading, doing educational activities, and keeping children active. I know how to swim and feel comfortable supervising them around water. I have CPR training, respect each family's rules and routines, and value clear communication with parents. I can also help with simple meals and light housekeeping related to the children. My goal is to create a safe environment where children feel safe and parents feel confident.
