I went to nursing school to receive my RN license in the 70's and only worked a couple of years until I had my children. I went back to school at UCLA to receive my MBA after my children were grown and I then worked for an Oil company for 35 years. At that time I was delegated to be the medical officer for Emergency Preparation for my company and was elected to the City of Los Angeles to be on the Mayors Committee. I moved to Oak Harbor 18 years ago to take care of my mother who was under Palliative Care. I have been a home care nurse administrating meds, physical therapy, hygiene care, and palliative and hospice nursing for the last 10 years. I prefer to work one on one with my client instead a large group environment. I'm looking for a client that I can offer my years of experience and education and a kind heart. I love working with the elderly but am willing to take on clients with Alzheimer, dementia and even handy cap children. My licenses include RN, HCA, CPR and First Aid.
