About Rishi

Hi, my name is Rishi 22 yrs. I have hands-on experience caring for children in dynamic, active environments. Studying psychology in College and working at a military daycare, where I cared for about 20 children daily between the ages of 3 to 5. I engaged them in games, crafts, reading, dancing, and one-on-one interactions, always making sure their emotional and physical needs were met. I know how important it is to keep children both safe and happy. I've worked through many situations where a child was overstimulated or upset, and I've learned to adapt my approach depending on the child and the moment. Sometimes it takes creativity, empathy, or just a calm presence to help bring them back to a peaceful place. What I love most about working with kids is their energy, humor, and curiosity. I believe that being approachable and playful helps build trust and connection. I'm a reliable, patient, and fun, I'd love the chance to support your child's growth and be a positive presence.
