About Karen

I'm passionate about helping students unlock their full potential. With four years of tutoring experience and a graduate degree, I create engaging and supportive learning environments tailored to individual needs. I actively listen and observe to understand each student's unique learning style, adapting my methods with visual aids, hands-on activities, and open discussions. I believe in building confidence and fostering a love for learning through real-world connections, positive reinforcement, and interactive discussions. Communication is key, so I provide regular updates to parents, ensuring we're all working together. Seeing a student's confidence soar as they master new skills is the most rewarding part of my work. I am CPR trained and certified in First Aid. Comfortable with pets, I also speak Spanish. I would love to help you achieve your goals!
