About Karen

I'd describe my personality as uplifting, sincere and trustworthy. I love to make people laugh if the situation calls for it. I like caring for seniors because I have alway felt a kinship to older people since I was a young person. They have a lot of experience and wisdom to be shared with others and the stories of their history are very inspiring. I'm looking for a job where I can put my nursing school education and my expertise to good use. I'm a hard worker and very dependable. I started caring for seniors when I was young and In high school I would fix hair for the neighborhood ladies every week, do their grocery shopping and run their errands. One thing you should know about me is that I was a Navy brat who traveled many places so I have experienced many people of different races and cultures. My skills include fixing their hair, planning and preparing meals while teaching them good basic nutrition and listening to their stories.
