About Karen

I have always had a special connection with older adults. About 15 years ago, I lived with my grandparents for a year and had the privilege of supporting them during a meaningful time in their lives. My grandfather needed the most assistance, and I helped with transportation to appointments, daily needs, and supported him through his illness, including his transition to hospice care. I have also provided companion care for an elderly couple, assisting with errands, meal preparation, light cleaning, transportation, and maintaining their home. Additionally, I have supported a woman living with dementia by preparing meals, providing companionship, completing light household tasks, and helping with appointments. Caring for older adults is incredibly rewarding, and I value providing patient, dependable, and compassionate support. I am currently available on Mondays and some weekends.
