In previous roles, I've found great fulfillment in providing reliable care and support to families. I'm known for my compassionate, friendly, and professional approach. I provide respite care, transportation, and personal care. I also assist with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering verbal updates and regular check-ins. Respecting a care recipient's independence is paramount to me.
