For decades, I have cared for our aging family members, friends and clients. In Albuquerque, I worked as Wellness Director for Manzano del Sol Village for 15 years. My roles varied from teaching strength and balance to individuals and groups, leading walking activities in nature, taking elders to ride the chairlift, go glamping and dine along the way. In Durango, I have walked a client weekly along the Animas river trail, driven another client to ongoing doctor appointments and shopping, and escorted an elderly couple to weekly live music events. These relationships include fun conversation, companionship, help with accessibility equipment and addressing special needs in the home and in public settings. About once a month, I will be out of town caring for a family member. Now, I look forward to hearing about your needs.
