Emma was an excellent caregiver for my mom while she was in hospice and for my dad when he was in decline and needing in-home care. Emma is compassionate, empathetic, patient, and appropriately cheerful. She is also attentive, perceptive, thoughtful, resourceful, and reliable. She has the technical skills not only as head knowledge but through demonstrated and lived experience. She shows that she cares and truly enjoys helping people in need. It's not just a job for her. It's a vocation and a joy. That made such a difference in our family's time of need. I highly recommend her as a care giver!
