About Karen

In 2018 I became and Au Pair and worked with 2 different families in the United States. First family was in Mount Kisco, NY (ages 11 months and 3yo). Second family located in Stafford, VA ( ages 10, 11, 13). Communication with family, kids and school was 95% of the time in English. On a daily basis I: - managed budget for groceries and supplies. - guided schedule and weekly activities. - planned and organized home and time. - transported kids local (school, extra activities) and out of state. - meal prep and cooking. In my spare time, I like to paint canvas, gym workout, cook or bake, go out with my husband, build Lego, go for runs or walks, watch a good movie or show. One thing you should know about me is I am originally from Colombia and military spouse. I can communicate in Spanish or English. I possess a BBA. I have a black kitty named Vinny. I enjoy Zumba classes. My skills include cooking meals, planning and organization, proactiveness, communication and excellent care.
