I have volunteered as a therapy dog handler and have visited skilled nursing facilities and residential assisted living facilities where I enjoyed social time with seniors and helping bring pet therapy to them. I enjoy seniors and respect the wisdom of their years. I also have patience and a great sense of humor and realize that the challenges they face are frustrating. They need assistance and companionship and I have the time and desire to share my working feet and hands and also my heart! I have Monday and Wednesday mornings available and would be happy to provide companionship and caregiving for an aging senior.
