Rickkall is very friendly and provided exceptional care for my mother who has Alzheimer's. I wanted to hire someone with healthcare experience and qualifications. Rickkall has experience working at an assisted living and memory care facility. She is a CNA and is pursuing a nursing degree. I liked that Rickkall was very professional and showed up on time and in uniform. She helped in bathing and dressing my mom, handling incontinence and preparing her meals. Sometimes, she assisted with transporting my mom to her doctor's appointments. I have worked with other caregivers in the past, but Rickkall was committed to her job and has a calling to care for seniors. She truly was a blessing to my family.
