She started when their oldest was just 9 months old and was there for the birth of their second child, caring for him from day one and supporting the whole family through that transition. She is attentive to safety and cleanliness, but what really stands out is how she fosters the children’s confidence and joy. She is very proactive, helping with cooking and tidying up, and even organizing activities like Halloween parties so the kids can socialize. From what I observed, her reliability is exceptional, she often cared for the children for full weekends while the parents were away. She is truly professional and clearly loved by the kids.
