Hi! I'm a dedicated childcare professional with over 9 years of experience. I hold a degree in Child Development from Turkey, where I worked as a preschool teacher for 5 years, and I've also spent 4 years as a babysitter caring for newborns, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs.

I've been working with kids since I was 15 and have expertise in early childhood education, Montessori, . I love creating engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's creativity, independence, and development.

Aslihan is incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to caring for children. I highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring and capable nanny.

We have had gaps in our childcare and often needed a backup sitter. Aslihan has been great with my 5 month old. She enjoys playing with her and is often smiling during their interactions. I can tell she is nurturing and kind. She follows instructions well. Aslihan has been great with communication and quick to respond when we need a back up sitter. We will continue to hire her regularly !

Aslihan is great with our 20 month old. She is calm, engaging and so caring! She gives our son full attention at all times. Is punctual and reliable. We are so glad  we found her!!

I don't know how to tell how helpful she was. Even the first day my fraternal twins adored her. They are always asking me when she will come back. And my little one (6m) was seems happy, too. She put him to sleep very easily. To me it is challenging... Obviously she is the one. Give her a chance and see what i mean. Thank you Asli, we love you!

We worked with her to take care of my newborn baby. (He was 1 month)She is very loving, knowledgeable and definitely a good caregiver! Also and won his heart by playing awesome games with my toddler!! We are so lucky to have her!

She is awesome! It has helped my child get rid of separation anxiety a lot. She is very punctual, reliable and loving. She helps us whenever we need her.

A totally four hours care. she was late for 15 mins(with notice), but asked to leave on time. Whats worse was she has 0 skills to handle crying baby. we both were interrupted multiple times to help her.

We agreed on our first day with Aslihan to be today at 10AM.
Aslihan was positive during our interaction setting up day & time, and on our side we made arrangements for our little on to be off care today so they could interact and spend a few hours together.

Aslihan was a no show. She didn't leave any message or made any other communication effort to give us a heads up. I even tried pinging her the night before, to make sure she knows where we live, but got no answer.

I really don't understand why would anyone do so, in a professional or not interaction. I wouldn't recommend against relying on Aslihan.
