About Karen Alice

Hi dear families, I'm Karen, I'm a child's psychologist from Brazil, and I have years of experience taking care of kids. I understand about child's development and I have a lot of experience with special needs children especially autism disorder and Downs Syndrome. I also worked in a day care with children between 4 months and 6 years old, so I'm used to take care of multiple kids at the same time. Also have been working as a babysitter/nanny for the past 7 years. I'm used to change diapers, give them baths, feed them bottles, prepare meals, and create fun activities to help them improve important skills at their age. I love to see how excited they get every time they learn something new, or how the simplest things become the most interesting thing to them. I like to see they becoming a whole unique person as they grow and know that I'm part of it. I'll do my best to make your kids happy and to help them to develop skills and deal with their difficulties.
