I enjoy working with people who have special needs because I like to make it easier for them to live their lives to the fullest. I am open minded and a quick learner, and can easily adapt to specific medical or behavioral needs. I have some experience working with children who have behavioral and physical disabilities at various camps and school settings, and I always treat them with respect and to highlight their abilities rather than disabilities.
