About Kara

Hi! I'm Kara! I am a mom to a 4-month-old baby boy! I have 20 years of experience working with children of all ages. I've worked as a nanny, babysitter, teacher's aid for special ed, and a life skills educator for parents to help improve difficult behaviors of their child. I am a patient, creative, and approachable caregiver who finds genuine joy in making a positive impact on the lives of the families I support. My background includes a college degree, and I have taken First Aid and CPR Training and an willing to become recertified if you wish. I am comfortable caring for up to four children across all age groups. I love coming up with creative activities for all ages. I also have some experience in assisting the elderly in their home but not in a nursing capacity. I would like to bring my son with me. He is 4 months old and a very easy baby.
