About Katie

While I don't have experience specifically with seniors, I have been a nanny to children for over 15 years, and it's shown me I love taking care of people. Both of my grandparents had a caretaker that changed their life, I saw the joy they brought them and I would love to have the opportunity to do the same/be a friend to someone who is lonely. I am not certified to do nursing duties, but I am CPR certified, can clean/meal prep/run errands/and just be a companion for someone who is still mostly capable but can't be left at home completely unattended. As I mentioned I have over a decade of caretaking experience with children, but I have felt a strong calling lately to branch out to the older community as well to hopefully make an impact on someone's life!
