I have been around kids for as long as I can remember. My mom ran a licensed in-house day care for 17 years. I started working with my mom when I was 9 years old and up until early 2014 when she decided to retire. During that time when I was 14, I volunteered at the YMCA summer day camp as a counselor-in-training. I also had multiple other babysitting jobs that were separate from my mom's day care. It has been very quiet without being around the kids everyday and I miss it. I enjoy doing activities with the kids such as crafts and playing outside. I am well with discipline and firm with rules. I believe there is a perfect balance of discipline and fun!

Kara has been my close friend for many years. We worked together for 2 years and in all the times we were together, her ability to care for people has grown immensely! Her mother had a daycare right from her home and Kara always talked about how she loved those children as her own, always playing with them and being active with them. Kara makes a great babysitter, for any age kid, and she wouldn't let you down!
