About Kangaroo

My name is Kanga. I have well over 10 years of experience taking care of children and I worked with disabled children for 6 of those years. I have 2 young children of my own (a 2yo boy and 5yo girl) and can care for up to 4 more daily. I can help with afterschool care and evenings/late nights. I provide snacks and meals for any children that are in my care. I offer structured activities like reading and writing, arts and crafts. I love to teach children through hands-on play and have found that's the best way to learn. We can take "Nature Walks" on my property or play in the garden or on the swing set in the yard. I have lots of outside space to play and plenty of room indoors for activities. All the care I provide is in my home and on my property. My fee is a full day rate of $60 for up to 8 hours and a half day rate of $40 for anything under 4 hours. The rate for each hour over an 8 hour day is $20 per hour in addition to the full day rate.
