Hello, I have about six years of experience with children. I have worked with children ages to 6 weeks to 4 years old. I have prior experience in childcare as an Infant Teacher and as a Nanny and Pediatric Medical Assistant for 5 years. I keep calm under pressure, while continuing to keep the setting light and playful. I work hard to meet the needs of children, while maintaining fun and patience. I truly enjoy working with children. My goal was to continue to work with children as I transition into the medical field. I am currently a medical assistant at an Elementary school in the Health Office. I am going to be available full time for summer, weekday, evenings and weekends for a while. I may continue and be willing to continue evenings and weekends after the school year starts again. Ashley is a wonderful caregiver! She worked for us as a nanny and as an occasional babysitter for our infant daughter. Ashley's gentle nature and endless patience made her a great fit for our family. She clearly understands children's needs and how to meet them. She is punctual, reliable, and very responsive to questions and texts. She was great with our dog and took him and the baby on walks around the neighborhood. She also took the time to communicate with us in depth about the days activities and expectations. She was very willing to meet our expectations as a caregiver and use our preferred patently methodology. I always felt confident leaving my infant with her or working at home while she provided care. If we hadn't moved I would still be asking Ashley to babysit regularly. You won't find a more gentle and patient woman with a true enjoyment of children.
