About Kandre

I'm an experienced childcare professional with 20+ years of experience working with children, with a strong focus on infants and toddlers. I have experience caring for newborns, toddlers, triplets, and children with autism and ADHD. My approach combines nurturing care with age-appropriate learning and development. I plan activities that support developmental milestones, including fine and gross motor skills, language, sensory development, independence, and social-emotional growth. I also have experience with Montessori-inspired activities, baby-led weaning, and establishing healthy routines. I began my career in Brazil when I founded a nonprofit supporting orphaned children through play and education. In the U. S., I have worked with families for the past five years. I hold a degree in Communications and am currently pursuing a Master's in Family Counseling. I'm CPR/First Aid certified and bring patience and a professional, development-focused approach to every family I work with.
