I have been coaching kids since 2006 and have also been a regular babysitter for a few families. I worked with special needs children for a couple of years. I love working with kids of all ages and they bring me so much joy. For the families I worked for, I took the kids to different activities, did exercise with them, taught them how to read, cooked, and just played with them. Their ages ranged from 1-12. I have coached a team of 12 girls and am comfortable with handling a small or large number of kids. I believe that when working with kids and taking care of them, it is very important to develop trusting relationships where I can be a positive influence or an encourager for them, instead of just a babysitter.
