About Kandice

Unlocking a student's unique potential drives my approach to education. With five years of experience supporting elementary students in Math, English, and test preparation, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning. I prioritize critical thinking over simple memorization by breaking complex problems into manageable steps and connecting concepts to real-world interests. I assess individual learning styles through active listening and open communication, ensuring my methods align with how you learn best. I believe consistent updates and collaboration are essential to building a supportive environment for both you and your parents. Celebrating small successes is my favorite part of the process, as I love watching your confidence grow as you master new skills. Whether we meet at your home, a library, or online, I am eager to help you reach your academic goals. I look forward to growing alongside you on your educational journey.
