Hi there! I'm currently an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) working in the school district with primarily elementary students, where I provide both academic and behavioral support. With three years of experience as an RBT and over five years in childcare overall, I've had the privilege of working with children of all ages, from toddlers to teens. My experience spans ages 1 to 18, giving me a unique understanding of different developmental stages and how to engage children in a way that suits their individual needs. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where kids feel supported and encouraged to explore and grow.
