Hi there! I'm 32 and moved to Echo Park about 4 years ago after graduating with a forensic chemistry degree from UC Davis. Regarding experience, when I lived in my hometown of Santa Cruz, I worked for two doctors with three wonderful kids for 6 years; the children were 4, 7, and 10 when I began. Before moving to LA, I worked in Davis caring for a 1-year-old for several months, while also providing childcare and tutoring for a 13 and 16-year-old for 8 months. Since moving to LA, I have worked for a family for 3 years caring for their now 4-year-old, working overnights while they are out of town and assisting them on family trips. I love caring for kids and animals (I miss my two pups back in Santa Cruz dearly!), I am vaccinated, boosted, smoke-free, have my own car for drop-offs/pick-ups/play dates/etc., and am happy to assist with laundry and tidying up around the house.
