About Maria

Hi! I'm Maria, and I've been working with children for the past 8 years. Being a nanny is so much more than a job to me. I genuinely love getting to be part of a child's world. Whether we're building forts, making up silly games, reading stories, doing crafts, or spending time at the park, I love creating days filled with fun, creativity, and learning. My journey started in Brazil as an English teacher for 4 and 5-year-olds. After moving to the US I spent two years as an au pair in San Diego caring for a 3-month-old and a 4-year-old. I then spent three years with a family in Oregon, where the children were 1yo and 5yo when I started, and most recently cared for a 17-month-old in Los Angeles for a 18 months. I recently moved to Los Feliz and am excited to find my next family! I'm patient, dependable, energetic, and love being outdoors. I'd love to become a trusted part of your family's village!
