About Kaitlyn

Experience: 8 yrs

I am a Reading Specialist and certified Special Education and Elementary Education Teacher. I am trained in research-based phonics intervention programs that are aligned with the Science of Reading. I have 15 years of teaching experience and I have been providing tutoring services for 20 years. Through diagnostic assessments, I get to know my students' individual areas of strength and growth and design a plan that is just right for them. I have experience teaching reading and writing to K-8 students. In addition to reading/writing, I have supported students in K-5 in all subject areas. If you are looking for individualized support for your child, I would love to work with your family to bring joy and excitement around learning and reading.
