I have been using Kaitlyn to watch my 5-year-old twins for the past few weeks and she is absolutely fantastic! She's been extremely flexible with my ever-changing work schedule and the kids truly enjoy spending time with her. She was willing to watch the kids at either my house or hers, which is a huge benefit to me as I work from home. She is willing to take my kiddos on an adventure or spend time indoors, playing games or doing crafts. Her availability has been excellent, which has allowed me to consolidate caregivers, as piecemealing coverage together has been very challenging for me in the past. She is very responsible and reliable, which are of the utmost importance to me. She is also a mother herself so she'd been able to relate and understand the struggle we face parenting in this crazy world we live in. I have and will continue utilizing Kaitlyn to help with child care in the future!
