About Kaitlyn

I like working with kids because it's very rewarding and fun! Guiding children to be successful and independent is an amazing way to be a part of their journey! In my spare time, I like to crochet, do puzzles, color, calligraphy, and more! I also love to get outside and go for walks, hikes, rollerblading, and recently I've picked up disc golf! My skills include patience, empathy, and education! I'm able to remain calm and help kids when stress levels are high. I meet them on their level to understand where they're coming from. I validate their feelings before helping them come up with a solution. Eventually they'll need to learn how to solve problems on their own. But as they are growing up, I can be there to help facilitate and guide their development!
