About Kaitlyn

Hi families! I am an experienced childcare, as well as a child therapist, who's passionate about working with children and looking for my next part time role! I have 6 years of experience as a childcare provider, including both classroom and in home care. This includes my role a daycare teacher/care taker for children aged 1-3 years old. I value and have extensive experience in facilitating child led play, positive redirection, building strong relationships with children, as well as generally getting them outside and/or engaged with the world around them! In addition to of course feeding, nap time, diaper changing and potty training. I am knowledgeable, reliable, and excited to connect with my next family! If it feels like this could be a fit, I would love to talk more about the length of the position and scheduling, as there is some flexibility with my listed availability!
