About Kaitlyn

Hi! I'm Kaitlyn, and I've spent the last nine years doing what I love most-working with children. I'm a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), which means I'm trained and certified in Applied Behavior Analysis and have hands-on experience supporting kids with autism. Because of this background, I bring an extra level of patience, structure, and understanding to every child I care for. I've worked with infants, toddlers, and school-aged kiddos, and I always meet each child exactly where they are. Whether we're building routines, practicing communication skills, or just having fun, I focus on creating a safe, nurturing environment where kids feel comfortable and confident. Families tell me I'm energetic, reliable, and easy to communicate with. I take pride in building trust with both parents and children, and I'm always excited to bring my experience into a new home.
